NFL New Policy

The NFL has recently implemented a new rule regarding the helmet to helmet problems in the league. They have warned the players that hitting a defenseless player in the head will result in a fine. Depending how bad the hit is, the person will be also suspended games from the season. The NFL is doing this for the long term health of the players. There have been more and more concussions from players trying to deliver the knockout blow.

I believe that the new rules for the helmet to helmet hits are in the best interest of the players and the league. It will protect the futures of the players so that they can have lives after football. Even if it takes away from the "big hit". The players might complain now, but their kids and wives will be happy with the league.
